Bodhi Tree Essential Oils can be used in a variety of ways, including:

• Aromatherapy: add around 10 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or humidifier to inhale the scent.
• Bathing: add diluted essential oils (see “topical application” below) to a warm bath for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Inhalation: add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam, or use an inhaler.
• Home cleaning: use essential oils as natural cleaning agents in the home, such as in DIY cleaning sprays or adding to laundry detergents.
• Topical application: dilute essential oils in a carrier oil, such as coconut or jojoba oil, and apply to the skin for various purposes, such as massage or skincare.

Bodhi Tree 100% Pure Essential Oil is highly concentrated, therefore please always dilute it with a carrier oil before applying topically, and use high quality oils such as Ailia Premium Grade Raw Hand & Body Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Perform a sensitivity test by applying a small amount of the diluted essential oil to the inner side of your upper arm before topically using a new essential oil type.

We recommend a 2-5% dilution:

2-5 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.

Or for 30 ml carrier oil:

2% dilution = 12 drops

3% dilution = 18 drops

4% dilution = 24 drops

For children we recommend a 0.5-1% dilution:

1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.

Or for 30 ml carrier oil:

0.5% dilution = 3 drops

1% dilution = 6 drops

Store essential oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Keep essential oils out of reach of children and pets.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or have any concerns or questions about using essential oils, consult with a healthcare professional before use.

Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on skin undiluted.
